Club 110 Team Elite V.i.p.e.r. Circuit:

Come discover the quickest way to GET FIT FAST and improve your resilience! It’s a circuit of aerobic, strength, core, and stability movements designed to improve every part of your body in only 45 minutes!


Mat Pilates:

Flow through a smooth series of gently invigorating movements that strengthen total body and specifically restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals.


Yoga:

Guided by Nadia Ru, a RYT Certified Instructor, this Yoga Class Focuses on Fluid Movements to the Rhythm of Ones Own Breath Towards Total Recovery, in just 60 minutes.


Zumba:

A strength training HIIT workout and a Latin inspire dance party. This class is packed with easy to follow RED HOT dance routines set to international beats!
