What are the 3 things every golfer wants? Power, pain-free golf, and longevity!

Every client will start by creating a profile in the TPI app and completing the 16-test screen to establish their fitness handicap. That information is used to create an individualized program based on needs analysis, experience, strengths and weaknesses. The test will be repeated periodically to assess progress.

The TPI golf strength and conditioning program will address, but is not limited to:

  • Dynamic warmup for the gym and the golf course

  • Mobility and motor control (and the difference between them)

  • Balance and weight transfer

  • Stability and core strength

  • Muscular growth, strength and power

  • Golf specific needs and individual weak points

  • Basic physiology, movement planes and nutritional advice

This golf-specific strength and conditioning program is intended to help the golfer build a stronger and more powerful engine within their own golf swing. As the above attributes improve, the golfer will gain efficiency, power, pain-free golf and longevity!

Sessions last 1 hour and frequency should be 2-3 times per week to optimize results.
